About Saudi Arabia FEL

The Saudi Arabia Future Energy Leaders (FEL) Program is a national initiative under the World Energy Council, led by Global Saudi FEL talents. It represents the Kingdom's commitment to developing the next generation of energy professionals.

It serves as the global front of national youth energy communities, connecting with SELA (Saudi Energy Leaders Assembly) and YLAB (Young Leaders Advisory Board) to create a unified platform for energy leadership development.

The program focuses on WEC-oriented efforts with global outreach, ensuring Saudi youth have a prominent voice in shaping the future of the energy sector at national, regional, and international levels.
