Saudi FEL Program Officially Launches

The Saudi Arabia Future Energy Leaders (FEL) Program has officially been established as a national initiative under the World Energy Council. This landmark program represents a significant step forward in developing the next generation of energy professionals in the Kingdom.

Led by Global Saudi FEL talents, the program aims to connect Saudi youth with the broader World Energy Council community. By bridging the gap between national energy ambitions and global energy leadership, the Saudi FEL program will provide a platform for young professionals to contribute meaningfully to the energy transition.

The founding members bring together expertise from across the Saudi energy sector, including professionals from major organizations such as Saudi Aramco, KAPSARC, and the Saudi Electricity Company. Together, they will work to amplify Saudi youth voices at national, regional, and global stages while preparing for the historic World Energy Congress in Riyadh in October 2026.
