Applications Opening Soon for Saudi FEL Membership

The Saudi Arabia Future Energy Leaders program is preparing to open its first annual recruitment cycle in April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for energy professionals across the Kingdom to join a national initiative that connects with the global World Energy Council community.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or higher, have a minimum of three years of professional experience in an energy-related field, and be Saudi citizens under 35 years of age. The program seeks individuals who are passionate about the energy sector and ready to commit to meaningful engagement over a two-year membership cycle.

The recruitment process includes an application phase in April, followed by evaluation and interviews in May and June. Successful candidates will be onboarded through an introduction phase in July, with full engagement beginning in August.
